Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds ground beef (96% Lean)
1 cup dry breadcrumbs
1/2 cup egg beaters
1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons onion, minced
1/3 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
16 ounces jellied cranberry sauce
12 ounces chili sauce
sprig Parsley
Instructions
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; shape mixture into 30 (1.5
inch) meatballs.
Combine ketchup, sugar, lemon juice and sauces in slow cooker;
gently stir in meatballs.
Cover with lid; cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours.
Garnish with parsley, if desired.
