4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 (16 oz) can tomatoes or 2 to 3 fresh tomatoes
1 onion, sliced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Throw it all in the crock pot and cook on low 8 to 10 hours.
