Weightwatchers Crockpot 4pt Chicken Stroganoff
Ingredients:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken, cut into chunks
1 carton (16 oz) fat free sour cream
1 envelope powdered onion soup mix
1 can fat free cream of chicken soup
1 small can mushrooms
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to crock pot. Cook on LOW 6 hours.
Makes: 6 servings (4 points per serving)
