WEIGHT WATCHERS 6 Points Plus CROCK POT BEEF RAGOUT
INGREDIENTS
1 lb beef stew meat, cut in 1 inch cubes
1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, rinsed & drained
1 (15 oz) can onion garlic tomato sauce
1 (14 1/2 oz) can Italian stewed tomatoes
1/2 (28 oz) bag potatoes O'Brien
oregano and Italian seasoning to taste
DIRECTIONS
1. In a 3 1/2 or 4 quart slow cooker, stir together meat, beans, tomato sauce,
undrained tomatoes, potatoes and seasoning.
2. Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours or HIGH 4 to 5 hours.
Yield: 6 Servings Serving Size= 1/6 of Recipe
